Ultimate Indulgence for Valentine’s Day

It took a little experimentation, but it's down to a science now. First, Goosecross selects one of their premium red wines that best complements the chocolate. Next, the chocolatier shrink-wraps the full bottle of wine, dips it into a half-pound of dark or milk chocolate, and then finishes it with a festive cellophane gift wrap. The instructions are simple: remove the decorative paper, break the chocolate away by beginning at the neck and peeling down the shrink-wrap, then enjoy the chocolate with your wine. It's the ultimate indulgence!
